1. General Information

All orders are processed during our regular business hours. Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on carrier availability, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to change carriers, shipping methods, or split deliveries if necessary to ensure timely and secure delivery.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with a variety of carriers (including DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes, UPS, and others) and reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier at our discretion.

Express and economy shipping options may be offered at checkout where available.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (Netherlands/Germany/Benelux): 2-5 business days
  • EU countries: 2-10 business days depending on destination
  • International shipments: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

These are non-binding estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, strikes, weather events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on weight, size, and destination. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the carrier. In case of damage or loss during transit, claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We may assist with documentation where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

8. Partial Shipments

We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple consignments, at no additional cost to the buyer, where necessary.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer remains responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return costs
  • Any re-shipping fees (if redelivery is requested)

10. International Deliveries

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, delays, and additional import charges. These are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in shipping or delivery due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or carrier disruptions.
