xYou may cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. After notifying us of the cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including packaging and accessories. Custom-made items, perishable goods, or products opened for hygiene reasons are excluded.
The buyer bears the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered goods—in such cases, we will cover the costs.
