Shipping & Return
xYou may cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. After notifying us of the cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including packaging and accessories. Custom-made items, perishable goods, or products opened for hygiene reasons are excluded.
The buyer bears the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered goods—in such cases, we will cover the costs. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and are processed using the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the entire order is cancelled.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos; we will offer a replacement, partial, or full refund. Uncollected or refused deliveries incur additional shipping charges, which must be paid by the buyer.
